二 | 雷军指出，玄戒不只是小米的芯片战略，更是小米AI战略的物理基础。其中，作为新一代旗舰SoC，玄戒O3采用3nm工艺制程，芯片面积仅133mm²，晶体管数量达到240亿颗，相比上一代玄戒O1提升26%。 性能方面，玄戒O3安兔兔极限跑分达到522万，大幅领先现有旗舰SoC。 CPU方面，玄戒O3采用十核全大核架构，最高主频4.35GHz，由6颗超大核和4颗大核组成。 Geekbench 6.5测试中，玄戒O3单核成绩达到3945分，多核成绩突破15000分，相比上一代单核性能提升31%，多核性能提升60%。 GPU则是玄戒O3此次升级的另一大重点，雷军表示：“我们有十足的自信！” 据介绍，玄戒O3首发16核G2-Ultra NX GPU，支持第三代光线追踪，GPU性能相比前代提升85%，功耗降低64%。 资料显示，2025年5月22日，小米发布首款自主研发设计的旗舰芯片玄戒O1。该芯片是中国大陆首款3nm先进制程SoC，已搭载于小米15S Pro以及两款小米Pad 7系列旗舰平板。从玄戒O1到此次三芯齐发，小米自研芯片已从手机SoC进一步扩展至AI加速、智能汽车等场景，开始覆盖“人车家全生态”的端侧AI算力需求。
